Ticket Sales Account Executive

Position Overview
The Ticket Sales Account Executive is a front-facing, field-driven role focused on generating ticket revenue through relationships and consistent presence in the community. This is not a desk-based position. Success in this role comes from being out, meeting people, building connections, and converting those relationships into group and ticket sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive ticket revenue through proactive outreach and in-person relationship building
  • Focus on group ticket sales with local clubs, schools, businesses, and organizations
  • Attend community events, activations, and tabling opportunities to promote the organization and generate leads
  • Actively network in the community to build a strong pipeline of contacts and prospects
  • Follow up and close sales through a combination of in-person, phone, and email communication
  • Work closely with marketing and community engagement to align outreach efforts
  • Identify new opportunities through local presence and connections
  • Provide strong customer service and maintain relationships for repeat business
  • Represent the organization in a professional and engaging way at all times
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and sales ability
  • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching people in person
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, active environment
  • Ability to build relationships and turn conversations into sales
  • Organized and able to manage leads and follow-ups
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends, including events and matchdays
  • Previous sales experience preferred
