Job Title: Goalkeeper Soccer Instructor (Part-Time)
Overview
Globall Concepts, the parent company of the Long Island Rough Riders soccer franchise, is seeking enthusiastic and energetic part-time Goalkeeper Soccer Instructors to deliver high-quality community-based soccer programs for children ages 4–15.
This role is ideal for coaches who are passionate about player development, enjoy working with young athletes, and want to be part of a positive, fast-paced training environment.
Location
Globall Sports Center, Uniondale, NY
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-energy goalkeeper and soccer training sessions
- Implement structured lesson plans while adapting to different ages and ability levels
- Create a positive, fun, and development-focused learning environment
- Build strong relationships with players and parents
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times
- Represent Globall Concepts and the Rough Riders brand professionally on and off the field
Qualifications
- Passion for working with children and youth development
- Previous coaching or playing experience (goalkeeping experience preferred)
- Prior involvement in youth soccer environments (camps, clinics, academies, or teams)
- Strong communication skills and positive, professional attitude
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Coaching licenses or qualifications preferred but not required
Hours
- Part-time, scheduled weekly
- Varied days and times based on class programming and seasonal demand
- Flexibility required, including evenings and weekends where necessary
Compensation
- $25.00 – $50.00 per hour
- Rate dependent on experience, qualifications, and coaching level
Hiring Requirements
