Position Title: Intern – Videography Production
Organization: Little Rock Rangers (USL League Two / WPSL)

Position Description
As the Videography Production Intern for the Little Rock Rangers, you will play a key role in capturing and sharing the story of the club through video content. You will help showcase the team, players, staff, and fan experiences while bringing the club’s culture to life on and off the field. This role is ideal for an aspiring videographer or content creator with a passion for soccer, storytelling, and digital media production. The intern will assist in filming, editing, and delivering high-quality video content that engages fans, supports marketing initiatives, and enhances in-stadium and online experiences.
Primary Responsibilities
• Film live matchday action, training sessions, and community events.
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage featuring players, staff, and supporters.
• Edit and produce videos for social media, website, promotional campaigns, and in-stadium use.
• Assist in creating short-form content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Organize, manage, and maintain video files and archives.
• Support the setup and breakdown of video shoots and equipment.
• Collaborate with media and operations staff to brainstorm creative video concepts.
• Stay current on video production trends, storytelling techniques, and platform best practices.
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a
related field.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Strong storytelling skills with attention to detail and visual composition.
• Passion for soccer and an understanding of the sport’s culture and community.
• Ability to attend home matchdays (evenings/weekends, 6–8 per season) and occasional team/community
events.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
