Position Title: Intern – Game Day Operations
Organization: Little Rock Rangers (USL League Two / WPSL)
Location: Little Rock, AR
Compensation: Unpaid Internship (College Credit Available)

Position Description
As the Operations Intern for the Little Rock Rangers, you will play an essential role in supporting the day-to-day and matchday logistics of the club. This hands-on internship provides valuable experience in the operational side of a semi-professional soccer organization, offering opportunities to assist with event coordination, facility management, and fan experience initiatives. This position is ideal for a highly motivated college student pursuing a career in sports management or event operations. Interns will gain firsthand experience working with the club’s operations staff to ensure smooth and professional execution of all team and community events.

Primary Responsibilities
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of matchday and event operations.
• Help coordinate game-day staff, vendors, and volunteers.
• Support merchandise operations, including setup, sales, and inventory management on matchdays.
• Organize and maintain inventory of operational supplies, uniforms, and equipment.
• Participate in internal planning meetings and assist with special event execution.
• Provide general administrative and logistical support to the Operations Department and front office staff.
• Serve as a representative of the Little Rock Rangers during home matches, ensuring a professional and
welcoming environment for fans and partners.

Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sport Management, Event Management, Business, or
a related field.
• Must be eligible to receive academic credit for the internship.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for soccer and enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends for home matches and events.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a customer service mindset.
