Position Title: Intern - Equipment Manager
Organization: Little Rock Rangers (USL League Two / WPSL)
Location: Little Rock, AR
Compensation: Unpaid Internship (College Credit Available)

Position Description
The Little Rock Rangers are seeking a dedicated and organized Equipment Manager to oversee the coordination, maintenance, and transport of team equipment for training sessions and matches. This position plays a key role in ensuring that all players and staff have the proper resources needed for optimal performance. The role also supports the club’s game day operations and logistics.

Primary Responsibilities
• Prepare, organize, and maintain all team equipment for practices, home, and away matches.
• Manage the setup and breakdown of equipment before and after training sessions and games.
• Track and inventory all team gear, uniforms, and training materials.
• Assist with laundry, cleaning, and upkeep of team apparel and equipment.
• Coordinate transportation and logistics for matchday equipment.
• Support coaching staff with on-field setup for training sessions and warm-ups.
• Provide general assistance during home matches and game day operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Technical Staff or Operations Team.

Qualifications
• Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and eligible for college credit.
• Available for all home and away matches, practices, and events.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from training and game locations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in soccer operations and sports management.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment (up to 40 lbs).

Learning Opportunities
• Gain hands-on experience in professional soccer operations and logistics.
• Develop organizational and management skills in a team sport environment.
• Work directly with coaching and operations staff.
• Learn the behind-the-scenes aspects of managing a high-level soccer team.
