Matchday Retail Associate (Part-Time, Seasonal)
Position Summary
As a Matchday Retail Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a premium fan experience by providing expert product knowledge and tailored solutions across all Las Vegas Lights FC retail offerings.
This is a part-time, seasonal position with immediate need.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and personalized attention to every customer.
- Build brand loyalty by providing a superior and memorable fan experience.
- Use product knowledge and basic sales techniques to meet customer needs and drive revenue.
- Maintain positive relationships with both fans and fellow team members.
- Contribute to loss prevention by providing active & attentive customer service.
- Support merchandise flow by re-stocking the sales floor from the stock areas.
- Assist in the preparation and completion of accurate physical inventory counts as requested
- Assist Retail Manager in training new team members.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Shopify point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Available for most/all of Las Vegas Lights FC’s 17 home matches.
- Minimum 1 year in a front-facing customer service and/or retail role.
- Effectively communicate in verbal and written English.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred but not required.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor as a representative of the brand.
- Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must have a High School diploma or GED.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time during a typical shift.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy sports environment with large crowds.
- Comfortable working in an indoor or outdoor environment, including exposure to high temperatures and varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
