Position Summary
Las Vegas Lights FC is actively seeking a part-time Mascot to perform and engage with fans at Cashman Field during Las Vegas Lights FC matches. We're looking to add to the match day environment and presentation with a dynamic, fan-facing personality that will add to the excitement on matchdays!

Primary Responsibilities
In Stadium
- Serve as the mascot for all Regular Season Las Vegas Lights FC games, including all Post-Season games as they occur
- Must be timely and prepared for each match, exhibiting knowledge and experience of how to entertain large crowds
- Review program content prior to every match or event at Cashman Field
Sponsor Events and Fulfilment
- Serve as the mascot in two to three annual events per year
- Appear in sponsor TV commercials
Non-Sponsor Team Duties (Internal)
- Appear in various season ticket member, meet the team, community engagement, and ticket sales events as needed
- Appear in TV PSA’s as requested
- Appear in other community engagement program events as requested
- Represent Las Vegas Lights FC brand in the community and at Las Vegas Lights FC events
- Assist in creating skits for video or in-game promotional entertainment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Outgoing & creative personality with a willingness and desire to have fun
- Prior experience working as a mascot in collegiate/professional sports is preferred
- Motivated Individuals with the desire to gain experience in professional sports
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Willingness to perform wacky promotional activities on-field and in the community
- Athletic
- MUST be roughly between 5'8" and 6'1" in height.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver’s License, Clean Driving Record and own vehicle are required.
Other Details:
- Must be available to work all Las Vegas Lights FC matches
- Ability to multi-task in a stressful environment
- Ability to remain standing/walking for up to 2 hours
- Ability to remain sitting for up to 4 hours
- High physical endurance with the ability to perform in hot, humid, and enclosed costume environments while maintaining high energy
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, and endure weather conditions including rain, wind, high and low temperatures, etc.
- Must be able to work in non-traditional settings, and work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
