Player Operations: Equipment Manager
Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Oversees the coordination of day-to-day soccer activities.
  2. Determines needs to acquire athletic and sports equipment.
  3. Establishes, maintains, and reconciles uniform and equipment inventories, and oversees the maintenance of all inventory records for the program.
  4. Oversees uniform and equipment distribution and retrieval at practices and on game day.
  5. Oversees and coordinates all game day equipment preparations and setup for games.
  6. Ensures that all uniforms and related apparel and equipment are maintained in a clean and serviceable condition.
  7. Travel with the team for all away games and coordinate all travel arrangements.
  8. Order game day meals while travelling
  9. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
  • Knowledge of athletic, mechanical, and electronic equipment, supplies, and/or uniform repair.
  • Records maintenance skills.
  • Organizing and coordinating skills.
