The Corporate Partnership Intern will support the Corporate Partnerships team in delivering high-level service to current and prospective partners of Las Vegas Lights FC. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, customer service, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments within the club. The intern will assist in the execution of partnership agreements and contribute to new business initiatives. This position will report directly to the Manager of Corporate Partnership Activation & Chief Partnership Officer.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist in becoming knowledgeable about the partner roster of Lights & USL partners
• Support the team in understanding and tracking key elements of partner agreements
• Help manage and execute contractual deliverables for assigned partners
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of partnership assets and activations
• Support communication with partners to ensure the successful execution of benefits
• Help ensure partnership elements comply with team brand standards and USL commercial guidelines
• Assist in creating and maintaining partner onboarding materials and seasonal recap presentations
• Support renewal preparation efforts through research and asset tracking
• Contribute ideas for upsell opportunities and added-value concepts
• Assist the CPO and Activation Manager in brainstorming new assets and partnership ideas
• Research potential new business prospects
• Provide gameday and event support as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in hospitality, sports, marketing, events, or partnerships

• Candidate is expected to attend Las Vegas Lights FC home games (+17 home games per season)

• Ability to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 20 pounds
• Use standard office equipment
