Position Summary:
The Account Executive, Member Services is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to season ticket members while also contributing to the organization’s revenue goals through the sale of premium tickets, full season plans, and flex packages. This role combines relationship management with proactive sales outreach and plays a key role in both retention and new business development.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide world-class customer service to all current and prospective members.
  • Proactively engage with season ticket members to build strong relationships and ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Consistently meet or exceed annual renewal goals.
  • Maximize game day touchpoints by coordinating seat visits and staffing the customer service booth.
  • Support the planning and execution of season ticket member events and engagement initiatives.
  • Drive new business through the sale of season tickets, premium seating, and flex plans.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, prospecting, and cold calling.
  • Schedule and conduct regular face-to-face and/or virtual meetings with prospects and clients.
  • Create memorable game day experiences through the promotion and execution of group ticket fan experience packages
  • Attend networking events to develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
 
Minimum Qualifications 
●       Minimum of 1 year experience in Ticket Sales
●       Proactive in approach to day to day activities

Preferred Qualifications 
●       Experience working in the soccer, sports, and/or entertainment industry

●       Driven to generate revenue at a high level

Physical Requirements 
●       Ability to sit, walk, and stand for long periods of time through the day
●       Lift at least 20 pounds
●       Role routinely uses standard office equipment
