As one of the most established and recognizable brands in the USL Championship, Indy Eleven is led by well-respected executive, Greg Stremlaw. The front office and team strives to be best-in-class and the preeminent United Soccer League Championship franchise.
Indy Eleven is a community-driven professional soccer club competing in the USL Championship, USL W League, and supporting a robust youth development pathway. Known for its passionate fan base and commitment to growing the game across Central Indiana, Indy Eleven is focused on delivering premier fan experiences, building meaningful corporate partnerships, and driving positive community impact.
As the Club continues to expand its robust youth development initiatives across the region, Indy Eleven Professional Soccer is seeking a highly motivated, dedicated, and hard-working professional to sell season tickets, group tickets, and suites to youth soccer organizations across Central Indiana.
Position Purpose
The Indy Eleven Street Team will serve as community ambassadors and brand representatives. The individuals on the Street Team will work alongside Indy Eleven staff at various external events including camps, sponsored walks, parades, mascot appearances, and more. At these events, representatives will collect enter-to-win raffle tickets, engage with the community, set-up the Indy Eleven inflatable and exemplify the core values of Indy Eleven: Family, Integrity, Commitment, and Excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent Indy Eleven at youth tournaments, club meetings, community events, and soccer festivals.
- Assist with grassroots marketing efforts designed to grow youth attendance and awareness.
- Execute successful marketing activations throughout Indianapolis and the surrounding suburbs, including set-up, operation and tear down of activation space.
- Interact with the community as an ambassador to promote the Club.
- Actively engage with event attendees through conversation and the distribution of promotional materials.
- Work assigned events, weekends, and select evenings as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and events
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for an extended period of time
- Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus
