Pay Rate: $10.00 / hour 
 
Indy Eleven, a member of the United Soccer League Championship, is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our game day staff team for the 2026 season. Members of our game day staff play a crucial role in creating a memorable experience for fans attending our matches. The Sound and Board Assistant will complete tasks as assigned in assistance with game day presentation such as videoboard set up, in-game, and post-game activations, support in-venue marketing efforts, assist with customer service and more. 

 
Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
• Assist in the Press Box with sound and videoboard.  
  • Represent the Indy Eleven and its sponsor brands in a positive and professional manner 
  • Assist with setup of game day operations, including moving props, etc. 
• Possess general knowledge of Indy Eleven and have the ability to answer fan questions in a friendly and polite manner.
 
Qualifications & Requirements: 
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills 
• Experience with in stadium displays (videoboard, LED, signage) audio, and related equipment  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure 
• Experience with event production, promotions or game presentation is a plus 
• Ability to stand and walk for 5+ hours 
• Ability to lift and move objects that exceed 50 lbs, including ability to bend and pick-up items 
• Must be able to work in diverse weather conditions, including cold, wind, rain and heat 
• Passion for soccer and knowledge of the sport is a plus. 
• Must be able to work every Indy Eleven Home Match. The schedule can be found at https://www.indyeleven.com/schedule/ 
• Must have transportation to and from events
