Pay Rate: $10.00 / hour
Indy Eleven, a member of the United Soccer League Championship, is seeking enthusiastic and
reliable individuals to join our game day staff team for the upcoming season. Members of our game
day staff play a crucial role in creating a memorable experience for fans attending our matches.
Game Day Associates will complete tasks as assigned in assistance with game operations such as
game day setup, assisting in other departments, assisting with post-match activations, and more.
Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Assist with distribution of tickets at designated ticketing booths. Provide exceptional
customer service to fans purchasing tickets and resolving any ticketing issues or requests.
• Assist with the sale of Indy Eleven merchandise at designated merchandise booths, if
needed. Provide product information and assist fans with their purchases.
• Arrive to the facility hours in advance to assist with the setup of the event. This includes being
open to physical labor regardless of the weather conditions.
• Assist with the breakdown of event areas after matches. Collaborate with other game day
staff members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations throughout the event.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Passion for soccer and knowledge of the sport is a plus.
• Willingness and flexibility to work in multiple areas with multiple departments.
• Availability for flexible scheduling is required.
