The Director, Corporate Partnerships position will be responsible for generating new business revenue with local, regional, and national brands through the sale of integrated partnership packages; and will assist with planning, developing, integrating, and managing business growth through sales to ensure corporate partnership activities are delivered in accordance with organizational strategy. 

Primary responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
  • Generating new and renewed revenue through the sale of Corporate Partnership packages, including stadium signage, advertising, promotional elements, media, hospitality, etc.
  • Identifying, vetting, and prioritizing new potential incremental revenue sources to the company
  •  Utilizing accurate and up-to-date data to create and deliver custom presentations to prospects  
  •  Managing the Partnership Activation and Service team
  •  Monitor the progress of partnership deals and status regularly with the Partnership Activation and Service team to create and demonstrate standard methodologies
  • Track and develop strategies to influence new opportunities and expiring contracts
  • Make recommendations on workflows and processes required to scale business
  • Collaborate with all appropriate internal departments as needed (Marketing, Digital/Social, Finance, Ticket/Premium Sales, Stadium Operations, Etc.) to execute various opportunities
  • Evaluate and oversee department software and technology needs
  • Other duties as assigned
 
This position will report directly to the Vice President, Corporate Partnerships & Broadcasting.  

 Qualifications for the position include:
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Previous sales and customer service experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in the event management, sports or media industry strongly preferred 

The Director, Corporate Partnerships position will include a base salary and a standard commission rate on all approved sales. In addition, Indy Eleven employees are eligible for a health benefit package provided by the organization.
