Indy Eleven internships are available for course credit only.  Interns are provided a paid monthly parking stipend but are otherwise unpaid.  Positions are less than 30 hours per week but will depend on the number of hours needed to complete course credit.  Work schedules will be set at the beginning of the internship. 

Indy Eleven is seeking an experienced and organized individual for its Corporate Partnerships Intern within the growing professional soccer team’s front office. This position will report directly to the Manager, Partnership Activation and Service and other Department Heads when pertinent.
  
Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the onboarding, execution, and renewal of Corporate Partnerships and Suite agreements, with a focus on activation delivery and partner experience.
  • Coordinating and managing partner assets, including stadium signage, advertising placements, promotional elements, hospitality components, and ticketing inclusions.
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of partnership agreements, summaries, and internal documentation.
  • Capturing, organizing, and maintaining proof-of-performance materials (photos, assets, and reports) to ensure contractual fulfillment of sponsor activations.
  • Managing and executing hospitality and premium seating areas to enhance partner and client engagement.
  • Supporting game day and event partnership fulfillment, ensuring all sponsor elements are properly activated and executed.
  • Collaborating with internal departments (Marketing, Community Relations, and Game Operations) to support integrated partnership activations and appearances.
  • Assisting in the creation of post-event and seasonal recap decks highlighting partner activations, metrics, and value delivered.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance partner activations through creative execution and fan engagement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Experience in sports partnerships, marketing, activation, or related fields preferred.
  • Creative thinker with an interest in brand integration and fan engagement.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with management and a diverse, cross-functional team.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok).
  • Willingness to work weekends and non-traditional hours as required by events.
  • Capable of heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) and sustained physical, manual labor in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for soccer and live event environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of Central Indiana and its soccer community preferred.
