Overview:       Hartford Athletic is seeking a Manager, Ticket Operations & Analytics, who is a data-driven decision maker motivated by the process of delivering a fan friendly buying experience after unearthing new sales opportunities. The position requires a self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and ability to explain their thought process when undertaking analytical projects and reporting. An ability to interpret data from multiple avenues and deliver concise and meaningful reports is crucial to success.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the execution of all Trinity Health Stadium events in the ticketing platform, including but not limited to; pricing, special offers, ticket fulfillment, delivery, and reporting.
  • Actively work with ticket platform and database partners to streamline the customer experience, and improve the operations of the Integrated Sales Account Executives.
  • Develop and maintain data tracking metrics and reports related to ticketing accounts.
  • Manage and serve as the point of contact for the Green & Blue Foundation Community Ticket Program, engaging with local not-for-profit partners to maximize attendance and community engagement.
  • Attend all scheduled Hartford Athletic matches and Trinity Health Stadium ticketed events, serving as a key member of the Front Office.
  • On event days, manage the Trinity Health Stadium box office, including the staffing oversight and management of Game Day Ticket Operations Assistants.
  • Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Has 2+ years of experience with CRM and ticket sales platforms, preferably SeatGeek and HubSpot.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to interact with a wide range of people.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage projects simultaneously.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work extended hours including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Conversational and written Spanish language proficiency preferred.
