Job Description
Concession Workers are responsible for providing excellent customer service to fans by preparing and serving food, snacks, and beverages during all events. This role is fast-paced, team-oriented, and perfect for students looking for flexible part-time work in a fun, energetic environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
- Prepare and serve food, snacks, and drinks quickly and safely.
- Operate cashless point-of-sale systems for orders.
- Maintain concession stand cleanliness and restock supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Assist with setup before games and clean-up after events.
