The Fort Worth Vaqueros organization to include the Fort Worth Vaqueras are preparing for a monumental year in growth with the upcoming FIFA World Cup. We are building an organization to help continue growth and catapult this club to the next level of professional soccer in Cowtown. This role will be a key part of that journey—working hand-in-hand with the community to create deep and meaningful partnerships that ensure the Vaqueros continue to be a community rooted soccer club.
The Fort Worth Vaqueros are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ticket Sales Manager to lead our ticketing sales in Fort Worth for our pre professional USL2 and WPSL teams. This is a part-time, remote position that plays a vital role in driving revenue through season tickets, group sales, premium seating, and suites. This individual will work closely with departments including Marketing, Corporate Partnerships, and Game Day Operations. This role is ideal to get their start in the sports industry and gain valuable strategic sales skills, community building experience, networking and a passion for growing the game in Fort Worth.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute ticket sales strategies in coordination with Vaqueros leadership, including forecasting, budgeting, promotions, and CRM campaigns.
-Be a part of the business community to get involved in networking events, Vaqueros community events and find new opportunities.
-Analyze customer data and market trends to create targeted sales campaigns and maximize ticket revenue.
-Maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and proactive outreach.
-Represent the club in community and in-stadium events to drive fan engagement and sales opportunities.
-Partner closely with other departments including Ticket Operations, Service & Retention, Corporate Partnerships, Marketing
-Regularly communicate with other Virtual Veep teams to gain insight on oganizational goals and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience, leadership or managerial role experience a plus.
-Proven ability to be self driven and self in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging with fans and community members.
-Experience with CRM systems and ticketing platforms.
-Strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
-Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
-Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event and game schedules.
-Must be based in Fort Worth or surrounding, with time being spent in Fort Worth.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed or assigned, contributing to a collaborative and growing team environment.
