FC Tulsa is looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Matchday Retail Team. As a Matchday Retail Associate, you’ll play an important role in creating an exciting match day experience by helping fans find the perfect item while providing exceptional customer service.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to be part of the excitement of professional sports.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome fans and create a positive, memorable shopping experience.
- Assist customers with merchandise selection, sizing, and product recommendations.
- Process purchases using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked retail displays throughout the match.
- Assist with inventory replenishment and merchandising to keep products presentation-ready.
- Help set up retail locations before gates open and assist with breakdown after matches.
- Learn the current merchandise collections, promotions, and pricing to confidently answer customer questions.
- Work as part of the Matchday Retail Team to ensure efficient operations during high-volume periods.
- Represent FC Tulsa professionally while creating an engaging atmosphere for every fan.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality, food service, or customer service experience is a plus–but not required.
- POS experience is a plus but not essential.
- Passion for sports and creating memorable fan experiences is a bonus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays based on the FC Tulsa match schedule.
