The FC Tulsa Matchday Retail Operations Internship provides students and aspiring sports professionals the opportunity to gain practical experience in retail operations, event management, customer engagement, merchandising, and inventory management within a professional soccer organization.
Interns will work alongside the Merchandise Manager and Matchday Retail Team to support all aspects of retail operations during the season.
Internship Responsibilities
- Assist with matchday retail operations before, during, and after home matches.
- Help execute merchandise displays and visual merchandising.
- Support inventory organization, replenishment, and stock management.
- Assist with POS transactions and guest service.
- Learn retail reporting and inventory processes.
- Gain exposure to event operations and game logistics.
- Work with the Merchandise Manager on special retail projects throughout the season.
- Help maintain brand standards across all retail locations.
- Collaborate with multiple departments including Marketing, Ticket Sales, and Operations when needed.
- Contribute ideas to improve the fan shopping experience.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
