About FC Tulsa
FC Tulsa is a professional soccer club based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, competing in the United Soccer League (USL) Championship, the second tier of American soccer. Our mission is to provide top-tier entertainment and competitive soccer matches while fostering community engagement and development of the sport at all levels.

Overview:
FC Tulsa is seeking motivated individuals to join our partnerships and game day operations team for the upcoming spring/summer season. This role would work directly with the Coordinator of Partnership Services, primarily focusing on planning, implementing, executing and evaluating event operations. Our Motto: “For Tulsa” is at the center of all that we do.
 This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in sports management, event planning, and operations within a professional soccer environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of game day facilities, including but not limited to stadium signage, banners, promotional materials, and equipment.
  • Engage with fans before, during, and after matches, providing assistance, answering questions, and enhancing their overall experience.
  • Support the execution of in-game promotions, halftime activities, and sponsor activations to enhance fan interaction and brand visibility.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to fans, partners, and other stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support the coordination and execution of special events hosted by FC Tulsa
  • Assist in coordinating, and fulfilling game day partner assets, broadcast assets,
community events, and social media assets
  • Perform administrative support tasks
  • Evaluate and coordinate equipment rentals for FC Tulsa events
  • Assist in ensuring FC Tulsa home matches are compliant with USL and local operating protocol
  • Build and edit event guides
  • Assist in credential management
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
  • Enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in sports management, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the team's game schedule.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for soccer and a desire to pursue a career in the sports industry.
