Concession Stand Lead (Non Cashier) 

Pay $14 part time, $15 full time 
Position Description:
Maintains the concession stand by performing the following duties personally and through the delegation of the Director of Food & Beverage.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet production/service time schedules, and adapt to necessary and unforeseen changes
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills 
  • Food handlers permit
  • Must be available to work weekdays and weekends day and night shifts.
  • Be able to adhere to building policies.
  • Coordinate and help instruct part time cashier employees.
  • Ability to walk long distances, reach, stand, bend, stoop for long periods, climb stairs as required to assigned areas
  • Interact with co-workers and the general public
  • Must be able to read and write English, basic math skills and some computer and Point of Sale (POS) skills
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs


Specialized Qualifications:


  • Must have previous concessions experience or restaurant experience with progressing responsibilities.
  • Strong Customer Service skills with the desire to go above and beyond, providing excellent service to our customers.
  • Effective communication skills with both team members and guests.
  • Someone that is team oriented, courteous, can delegate tasks, and is firm in maintaining standards.
  • Proficient with numbers 
  • Must be able to perform all duties of each position in that location (ex. Food Prep, Cook, Runner and possible Cashiering). 
  • Must have attention to detail, be strongly assertive and the ability to work through ever changing situations.



Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for all Concessions end of day close out when the F & B Director is not on site.
  • Managing multiple staff in a variety of positions, including some training.
  • Adhere to State and Local government regulations regarding cleanliness, and general safety within these areas
  • Maintain excellent working relationship with customers, management and other employees
  • Understand chain of command in regards  to any issues that needs to be addressed during daily activities
  • Working with Staff to complete Parties/Special Events, Food Prep and Delivery 
  •  Weekly inventory stocking, counting, and waste tracking 
  • Manage food and beverage storage, keep clean, organized and stacked. 
  • Enhance the guest experience, making them want to return. Use creative thinking to provide outstanding customer service
  • Point of sale experience (assist with guest refunds, voids, etc.)


Education and/or Experience:


  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ year experience concessions leadership is preferred.
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work.
