Position Summary
The Academy and Group Sales Coordinator is responsible for driving revenue growth across FC Tulsa’s Academy programs, tournaments, group ticket sales, and specialty offerings, including Flex Passes, Sports Science, and Futsal programming. This role plays a key part in building community relationships, growing program enrollment, and delivering an exceptional experience for participants and group clients alike.
Key Responsibilities
Academy Sales & Program Growth
- Recruit and enroll new teams into FC Tulsa Academy programs
- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective Academy families and team representatives
- Collaborate with the Sporting Director to set enrollment goals and develop recruitment strategies
Group Ticket Sales
- Prospect, pitch, and close new group ticket packages for FC Tulsa home matches
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, schools, and community groups
- Meet or exceed group sales targets established by the CBO
Flex Pass & Specialty Programs
- Promote and sell Academy-based and general Flex Passes
- Drive sign-ups for Sports Science programs
- Generate new sign-ups for Futsal Tournaments and Futsal Fridays
- Manage renewal outreach for Futsal Tournament participants
General Sales & Administrative
- Maintain accurate records of prospect and client activity in relevant CRM or tracking systems
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding of new accounts and program participants
- Represent FC Tulsa at community events, showcases, and outreach opportunities
- Complete all required employment and onboarding documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, or sports administration
- Passion for soccer and familiarity with youth academy or club soccer environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools or sales tracking software a plus
