FC Tucson is seeking passionate and dedicated volunteers for our summer gameday operations crew member positions. This opportunity provides hands-on experience in the dynamic environment of a pre-professional soccer club. Interns will gain valuable skills in event management, fan engagement, and operations, making it an ideal position for those
interested in sports management and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Assist with gameday operations, including setup and teardown of event spaces.
- Support ticketing and entry processes to ensure a smooth experience for fans.
- Help coordinate promotional activities and fan engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute game day promotions and social media interactions.
- Provide logistical support to the team and staff as needed during games.
- Participate in post-game evaluations and contribute ideas for improving future events.
Qualifications - Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program (e.g., Sports Management, Marketing, Event Planning).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for soccer and a desire to learn about the sports industry.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Dependable team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
