Club Overview: 
FC Tucson was founded in 2010 by a local group of dedicated Tucsonans who wanted to elevate the sport and bring high-quality soccer to Southern Arizona. Returning fully to pre-professional status in 2023, FC Tucson is continuing to build toward a brighter future under new ownership in Tucson, Arizona. 
 
Crew Member Position Overview:
FC Tucson is looking for qualified, hard-working, and attentive individuals to support our USL League Two home matches, WPSL home matches, USL Academy home matches, and other club events at Kino Sports Complex or around Tucson. These individuals will serve in a variety of crucial roles in promoting and implementing a high-quality experience for our clubs, players, fans, and community partners. Crew Members will join a growing and ambitious team and be given the opportunity to learn in a competitive and cooperative environment.

Key General Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the organization, setup and breakdown of all venue and field structures and layouts. 
  • Ensure all setups and layouts meet minimum company standards and venue mandates. 
  • Practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and secure as possible.
  • Take direction and execute instructions in an energetic and positive manner. 
  • Engage with fans in a professional and respectful manner within your role. 
  • Be proactive in identifying areas in need of attention.
  • Be diligent in communicating needs, questions, and concerns. 
  • Be on time and presentable at all FC Tucson events. 
  • Attend all FC Tucson Game Day Operations presentations and meetings. 

Key General Responsibilities:
  • Must be at least 18 years old and qualified to work in the US. 
  • Must be willing to work non-traditional hours including weeknights and weekends. 
  • Must have a strong work ethic and perform levels of physical activity in various weather conditions. 
  • Must be able to operate with various tools safely and properly. 
  • Must be detail-oriented and be able to follow instructions.
  • Must be able to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. 
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and solve problems under pressure. 
  • Must exhibit and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Must be able to verbally communicate strongly and effectively. 
  • Must have a viable method of transportation and a cellphone. 
  • Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds. 
  • Must have the ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.  
  • Tucson local preferred.
  • Plus: Previous work in sports-related events
  • Plus: Bilingual in Spanish
  • Plus: CPR/First Aid Certified

Salary and Other Employment Terms: 
  • Wage: $14.25 an hour
  • Minimum Game Day Shift: 4 Hours per Game
  • Maximum Game Day Shift: 10 Hours per Game
  • This position will be primarily working out of the FC Tucson Corporate Office and training facilities. 
  • This position must adhere to the policies and procedures outlined in the company’s policy manuals.
