The Director of Revenue Strategy is responsible for developing the overarching framework for revenue generation across ticketing and fan engagement. This role leads the internal reporting process, CRM implementation and optimization, operational workflows, and fan membership program design. The director works cross-functionally to streamline operations, enhance efficiencies, and increase total club revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize CRM usage to drive efficient workflows and customer engagement strategies.
- Build and document standard operating procedures for ticketing and data-related processes.
- Lead the creation of a loyalty-based membership program that recognizes and rewards consistent fan engagement.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement revenue strategies and forecast growth.
- Organize, train, and support revenue-facing staff through systems, reporting, and process improvement.
- Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights to senior management to improve financial performance.

Education and Professional Experience
- Bachelors degree and 5-10 years of professional sports ticket sales experience required.
Systems
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, GSuite, and TicketMaster/Vivenu/SeatGeek/Paciolan or other ticket software
