We want YOU to be the newest member of FC Ambush. The Ambush, members of USL2, are seeking a new Marketing and Sales manager to help increase fan engagement and drive ticket sales to all FC Ambush events. Here's what we're looking for:
- Ambitious and driven sport professional
- Self-starter with a whatever-it-takes mentality to get the job done
- Experience with graphics, social media and ticket sales with a team (intern experience counts!)
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Reports directly to the General Manager of Business Operations
- Solicit, negotiate and close group sales from a designated territory as assigned by the GM of Business Operations
- Providing excellent customer service to all FC Ambush fans and stakeholders
- Manage the Ambush social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and any other emerging platforms)
- Handle the calendar for our mascot Bushwacker, FC Ambush players and staff for community appearances
- Manage the social media and promotions interns
- Assist in game day promotions and execution
- Other duties as assigned by the General Manager of Business Operations
Salary: $36,000 base salary with 7% commission on all cash sales (less cost of goods). A reasonable annual salary in this role is $40,000 with a top performer being able to earn over $45,000.
