Position Overview:
The El Paso Locomotive FC Video/Photography Intern is responsible for supporting the Marketing & Communications Department in the creation, production, and delivery of photo and video content for organizational use. This full-time internship provides hands-on experience in professional sports media production and requires a recent college graduate with a demonstrated interest in video, photography, and content creation within a sports environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture, edit, and produce photo and video content for use across social media, digital platforms, and in-stadium entertainment.
  • Assist with creative storytelling initiatives to highlight players, coaches, fans, community programs, and organizational milestones.
  • Support the Marketing & Communications team in the planning and execution of creative content campaigns.
  • Maintain and organize digital asset libraries, including photo and video archives.
  • Assist in matchday coverage, including filming, photography, and real-time content needs.
  • Edit short- and long-form video content in alignment with brand standards and platform specifications.
  • Ensure all creative materials meet quality, consistency, and brand guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Digital Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects.
  • Demonstrated experience in video production, photography, and editing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and matchdays.
  • Passion for sports and familiarity with soccer preferred.
This internship begins in January 2026 and extends through the end of the Locomotive season. We offer a $750 monthly stipend for living expenses, along with $10 per hour for scheduled matchday & grassroots marketing work.
