The Des Moines Menace is hiring seasonal soccer coaches for their youth programs. This person will be able to share their passion for soccer, while teaching the game to kids of all abilities. Coaches will be in charge of practices that will include a mix of skill work, drills, and scrimmaging.

Responsibilities
▪ Arrives 10-15 minutes prior to scheduled start time and can handle a group of 10 or more children
▪ Neat in appearance, friendly and courteous with parents, kids, and other coaching staff
▪ Must enjoy interacting with young children (3-12 years old) and be able to connect with them on their level. You must be very outgoing and animated; able to be silly with the children.
▪ Soccer experience is preferred, however, if you are great with children and have some familiarity with the game, that would work.

*All hired coaches will be subject to a background check and required to complete online safety trainings prior to coaching.
