COMPANY INFORMATION:   
Corpus Christi FC is a professional soccer organization affiliated with the United Soccer League (USL). The USL Championship and USL League One make up the largest professional men’s soccer league in the United States. Corpus Christi FC is based out of South Texas, an untapped soccer hotbed of Texas with thousands of youth players and many thousands more supporting the game at all levels. Corpus Christi FC in partnership with Next Sports Company LLC is developing a 5,000-seat soccer specific-stadium as part of a world class multi-sports facility that will be ready by Summer 2025 for its inaugural season as a professional team in March 2026 

Position Overview:
This internship provides hands-on experience in sports marketing, corporate partnerships, and ticket sales within a professional sports environment. Interns will play an active role in identifying and securing new business partners, supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to marketing campaigns and game-day activations.

Duration:  Fall 2025 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Training & Development: Participate in workshops and receive coaching on sales and marketing best practices.
  • Sales Support: Conduct prospect research, assist with outreach efforts, and help create sales presentations and materials.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help evaluate new corporate partnership and ticket sales opportunities.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Assist in the development of community-focused marketing campaigns and promotional content for potential partners.
  • Game Day Operations: Support the execution of in-game promotions, sponsorship activations, and ticketing operations.
  • Administrative Assistance: Track and maintain sales records, and help analyze marketing and sales performance metrics.

  • A strong interest in sports marketing, sales, and business development.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical thinking skills.
  • Energetic, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
