Located in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs, Weidner Field is home to the Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC, a proud member of the United Soccer League (USL). About the Role
We are seeking motivated Event Day Staff to support day-to-day stadium operations and ensure seamless execution of events and games. The event day staff position calls for a variety of positions that play an integral role in delivering an exceptional experience for fans, players, and staff.

Essential Responsibilities
● Prepare and Stay Informed: Familiarize yourself with policies, procedures, and event briefings/credential guides before arriving for your shift.
● Pre-Event Assistance: Support setup and cleaning crews before the staff briefing.
● Briefing Participation: Attend staff briefings on time, understand your assignments, and ask questions for clarification as needed.
● Position Execution: Perform assigned responsibilities efficiently throughout the event.
● Adaptability: Be ready to tackle tasks that arise before, during, or after the event.
● Communication: Notify a supervisor immediately if anything unusual occurs or if you encounter questions you cannot answer.

Requirements
● Strong communication skills with a commitment to clear and consistent updates.
● Ability to thrive in fast-paced, crowded environments.
● Professional demeanor, including appearance and attitude.
● Teamwork mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in groups.
● Standing or walking for extended periods. Lifting up to 50lbs.
● Working in various weather conditions.
● Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with availability for at least 85% of the home game schedule.

● Hours: Vary based on event and game schedules, ranging from 10 – 20 hours per week.

Compensation and Benefits
● Starting Hourly Wage: [$15.50 - $19/hr – based on experience].
