- Process semimonthly payroll
- Process payroll reports
- Semimonthly 401K submissions
- Semimonthly payroll tax payments
- Monthly player dues
- Quarterly reports
- Annual reports
- Process Accounts Payable
- Enter and code invoices
- Run weekly check runs
- Resolve discrepancies with vendor statements
- Process monthly sales tax and PIF submissions.
- Process weekly accounting reports for management
- Manage the credit cards
- Enter transaction
- Reconcile monthly statements
- Research and resolve any discrepancies
- Record bank transactions
- Record merchandise sales
- Pull daily ticketing sales report for sales team review
- Create profit and loss statements for events
- Assist with monthly commissions review
- Assist with month-end close
- Bank Reconciliations
- Intercompany allocations
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with preparation of ad hoc internal reports
- Assist where needed during games and events.
- Backup invoice creation when needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in accounting
- 2-5 years’ experience in accounting
- Experience with Quickbooks
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Team Player who can communicate and adapt in a fast moving and fluid work environment
- Experience in a variety of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Time management skills, ability to successfully handle multiple deadlines and competing priorities
- Experience working with multiple companies’ financials preferred
