Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Photography Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing captivating and high-quality images of our team in action during home games, as well as potentially traveling with the men's team to document their journey.

Responsibilities:
- Attend all home games to capture compelling and dynamic photographs of the team in action, including players, coaches, and fans.
- Potentially travel with the Men's team to document their matches and experiences on the road.
- Edit and retouch photographs to ensure high quality and consistency, maintaining the visual identity and standards of the organization.
- Collaborate with the marketing and social media team to upload and share images on social media platforms and the organization's website in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive image library, ensuring that all photographs are properly tagged, categorized, and archived for future use.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a sports photographer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to capture compelling action shots.
- Proficiency in digital photography equipment and editing software, with a keen eye for composition, lighting, and detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with players, coaches, and staff to capture the best possible images.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate game schedules and travel requirements.
- Passion for soccer and a basic understanding of the sport and its dynamics is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Shutterfly, a plus.
