The Chicago Dutch Lions are seeking dedicated, driven, and passionate individuals who are looking to pursue a career in the sport industry this upcoming summer. This role is ideal for students or young professionals interested in sports management, event operations, and live event execution.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of home matches
- Help coordinate team arrivals and locker room preparation
- Assist with ticket sales and concessions
- Help organize and manage ball crew
- Encourage fan engagement with giveaways and fan activation
- Coordinate communication between departments during matches
- Fill other positions as needed
Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and problem solve quickly
- Must be able to adapt to situations as needed
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to lift and move equipment
Preferred:
- Experience in sports/events
- Customer service experience
- Leadership experience
Schedule:
- Must be available on match days
- Evening and weekend availability required
