We're looking for a data-driven, creative, and ambitious Paid Media Specialist to help fuel our growth across ticket sales, brand awareness, corporate partnerships, merchandise, and special events.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 2+ years of Paid Media experience who wants to expand beyond campaign management and gain exposure to the broader world of sports marketing.
Position Summary
The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a primary focus on Meta and Google Ads.
Beyond media buying, this role will support a variety of marketing initiatives including email marketing, copywriting, graphic design coordination, organic social media, and campaign strategy. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with strong creative instincts and understands how paid media fits into a larger marketing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Management
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Programmatic/CTV platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
• Develop audience targeting strategies using first-party, CRM, lookalike, retargeting, and behavioral audiences.
• Manage campaign budgets and pacing to maximize return on investment.
• Conduct A/B testing across creative, copy, audience segments, placements, and landing pages.
• Build performance reports and communicate insights to internal stakeholders.
• Track and improve KPIs including ROAS, CPA, Cost Per Ticket Sold, Cost Per Lead, CTR, Conversion Rate, Reach and Frequency.

• Audience segmentation and funnel-based campaign structures.
• Creative testing frameworks and rapid iteration.
• Advantage+ campaign strategies.
• Retargeting and lookalike audience development.
• Proper use of Meta Pixel and Conversion API.

• Smart bidding strategies.
• Conversion tracking and attribution.
• Performance Max campaign optimization.

• Landing page optimization principles.
TikTok
• Native, platform-first creative approaches.
• Short-form video testing strategies.
• Creator and UGC-based advertising concepts.
YouTube & CTV
• Video audience targeting and sequencing.
• Awareness and consideration campaign strategies.
• Understanding reach, frequency, and incremental audience growth.
Marketing & Creative Support
• Assisting with email marketing campaigns and automation.
• Writing ad copy, email copy, and promotional content.
• Supporting organic social media content planning and execution.
• Assisting with graphic design projects and creative asset development.
• Collaborating with ticketing, partnerships, and community relations departments on campaign strategy.
• Helping execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive attendance, revenue, and fan engagement.
Qualifications
Required
• 2+ years of hands-on digital media buying experience.
• Experience managing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Understanding of campaign tracking, attribution, and analytics.
• Familiarity with TikTok Ads and YouTube advertising.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
