The Gameday Fan Experience position will consist of:
- Being the liasion for the assigned hospitality group on matchday
- Assisiting in reordering drink packages during the match
- Ensuring that only members of the assigned hospitality group are entering the space
- Answering any questions fans have during matchday
- Post match breakdown and cleaning of assigned hospotality space
The Gameday Stadium Ops position will consist of:
- Setting up the stadium on matchday
- Stocking all bars & hospo spaces
- Resolving issues during the match
- Answering any questions fans have during the match
- Post match stadium breakdown and cleaning
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Skills & Experience
• Interest in sports, live events, fan engagement, or event operations
• Availability to work most Charleston Battery home matches, including evenings and weekends
• Comfortable engaging with large and diverse groups of fans, including families and children
• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with physical tasks, including lifting up to 50lbs
• Reliable transportation to Patriots Point Soccer Stadium
• Comfortable representing the Charleston Battery Core Beliefs & Values
• Comfortable representing the Charleston Battery Core Beliefs & Values
