Position Overview
The Fan Experience (Hospitality) team at Charleston Battery is dedicated to creating an exceptional and welcoming environment for all guests attending our matches and events. This role is pivotal in ensuring every fan enjoys a memorable and positive experience, embodying the spirit of our club's hospitality and commitment to our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome all fans with enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a friendly demeanor.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information regarding stadium facilities, services, event schedules, and club details.
  • Assist fans with seating, directions, and any inquiries or concerns they may have, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable visit.
  • Proactively identify and address fan issues, escalating complex situations to management as needed to ensure swift resolution.
  • Monitor designated areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and a comfortable environment for all attendees.
  • Support premium seating areas, including VIP lounges and suites, to deliver an elevated and personalized guest experience.
  • Help enforce stadium policies and procedures to maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
  • Collaborate effectively with other operational teams to ensure seamless event execution and a cohesive guest experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall fan experience initiatives and event operations.

Working Conditions
This role involves working on-site at Patriots Point during Charleston Battery home matches and other stadium events. It requires standing and walking for extended periods and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
