Rate of Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 / Hourly

SUMMARY:
Central Valley Fuego FC LLC is currently looking for a part-time friendly Event Booth Host/Hostess to join our team. The Event Booth Host/Hostess will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be self‐motivated and responsible for identifying and qualifying leads for the Sales Department and providing sales support functions required to satisfactorily support Central Valley Fuego. In this role, you will be expected to research and target potential clients, generate leads, and nurture relationships with prospects.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
  • Assisting with the planning, preparation, and organization of events, both with the venue and with clients
  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events
  • Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods
  • Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
  • Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and clients
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
  • Answering questions and concerns in a polite manner
  • Making sure that the event space is clean before and after the event
  • Make sure that all health and safety requirements are followed and that the staff knows the emergency protocols
  • Coordinating employees so they work together seamlessly for the event
  • All other duties assigned

QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Experience in lead generation and sales
  • Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software
  • Strong negotiation and clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to thrive and work effectively as part of a small team in a fast-paced and rapidly growing program, in addition to remaining self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Excellent computer skills, specifically MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects, meet deadlines, problem-solve, and multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Significant prospect research experience
  • Ability to build rapport with donors, volunteers, and the public with diplomacy, discretion, and customer-service orientation
  • Ability to make oral presentations, direct and organize large program meetings
  • Knowledge of sports planning, control and scheduling
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated customer service and public relations skills
