Ticket Sales & Service Internship

Location:
Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Duration: Spring 2026 | Minimum 20 hours/week | Unpaid (College Credit Available)

Carolina Ascent FC, a proud member of the Gainbridge Super League, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ticket Sales & Service Intern to join our front office. This internship provides hands-on experience in professional sports sales and game day operations, ideal for students pursuing a career in sports business or ticketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect new sales leads through research, CRM management, and lead generation tools
  • Make outbound cold calls to promote season tickets, group outings, and theme nights
  • Assist in the planning and organization of promotional nights and themed games
  • Support the ticketing team on matchdays with logistics, client hosting, and fan engagement
  • Help maintain sales reports, contact records, and ticket inventory as needed

Ideal Candidate:
  • Pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with new people
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and a team-first attitude
  •  Ability to work all seven Spring 2026 home matches
