The MSE’s primary responsibility is ensuring an excellent game day production that entertains fans from start to finish. Taking the themed promotion schedule the MSE will procure ancillary entertainment, stadium décor, promotional items and gameday staffing to deliver a memorable experience for our fans. The  MSE under the supervision of the CFaO will also work to deliver memorable experiences for our Season Ticket Holders (STH) and our Supporters Group Section fans (SG).

 

·      Carolina Ascent FC – 14 home games

·      Charlotte Independence – 18 home games

 

·      Director Operations & Manager of Operations

·      American Legion Memorial Stadium Staff 

·      Multiple Live Entertainment providers including but not limited too East Coast Entertainment, Ment City Music, Jumpin’ Jacks and Twisted Turtle.

·      Video Board Operator, Play by Play talent, Color talent, Hype Team Leader, team employees, Mecklenburg County staff, 

 

·      Collaborate with Merchandise, Ticket Sales, Broadcasting and Sponsorship to ensure all their commitments and needs are integrated into the ROS for the stadium events.

·      Implement assigned budgets to deliver a memorable experience for our fans.

·      Fully integrate the theme promotions including but not limited to live music, DJ music, stadium video board graphics, stadium décor, fan promotional items and licensed merchandise to be sold.

·      Book of ancillary entertainment for pregame, halftime and/or postgame and work with Finance to ensure invoices are properly trafficked and paid from appropriate budget.

·      Working with CFaO to order promotional items for fan value-added souvenirs.

·      Working with CFaO, VP of Ticket Sales, CRO and VP of Marketing, plan and execute STH events and experiences unique to STHs to add value to the season ticket packages.

·      Program Independence Park for large groups for pre-game entertainment enhancement for select games. 

·      Author the Run of Show including graphics and scripts for each home game.

·      Order necessary graphics from Graphics Department for the video board.

·      Provide CFaO and Game Day staff their direction, parking passes and credentials.

·      Meet with Mecklenburg County staff the week of each game to run through the run of show and make sure graphics appear as planned on the video board and LED ribbon.

·      Fill out the MOFASTR form for the Mecklenburg County staff and order the tables, chairs, stanchions, etc. they need to provide for each match.

 

 

 

·      Build a reliable network of game day staff and ancillary entertainment prooviders. 

·      Attend Carolina Ascent FC home matches and Charlotte Independence home matches.
