Hospitality & Experience Internship
Location: Charlotte, NC (In-Person – Day Before & Match Day Only)
Duration: Spring 2026 | Match Day & Prematch Support | Unpaid (College Credit Available)
Carolina Ascent FC, a proud member of the USL Super League, is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates for our Hospitality & Experience Internship. This role is perfect for students passionate about event operations, premium hospitality, and delivering unforgettable fan experiences in a live sports environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing premium areas the day before each home match (suite setup, signage, hospitality materials)
- Support the execution of all premium experiences and group activations on match day, including guest check-in, hospitality service, and fan engagement touchpoints
- Serve as a key contact for group leaders and VIP guests to ensure smooth and professional experiences
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations staff to fulfill group and hospitality deliverables
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while representing the club
Ideal Candidate:
- Pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Sports Management, or related field
- Strong interest in event coordination and live entertainment
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends during matchdays
- Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to adapt under pressure
- Team player who takes initiative and pays close attention to detail
