The Box Office Internship provides students with hands-on experience in professional sports ticket operations, customer service, and event management. Interns will develop practical skills in ticket sales, fan engagement, problem-solving, and game-day operations while supporting Carolina Ascent FC home matches.

By the conclusion of the internship, the intern will be able to:
1. Demonstrate proficiency in ticketing software and account management systems used by Carolina Ascent FC.
2. Apply customer service best practices when assisting fans with ticket purchases and account inquiries.
3. Troubleshoot common mobile ticketing and account access issues independently.
4. Execute Box Office procedures related to ticket distribution, Will Call, vouchers, and complimentary tickets.
