About the Role

Buffalo Pro Soccer is looking for enthusiastic, community-minded individuals to join our Street Team for the summer of 2026. As a Street Team Member, you will represent the club out in the community — attending events across the Buffalo region, connecting with fans and future supporters, and building awareness and excitement for professional soccer coming to Buffalo.

This is a hands-on, people-first role. You will be on your feet, in the field representing the Buffalo Pro Soccer brand at festivals, tournaments, and other community events and major club activations throughout the summer. If you love sports, people, and Buffalo — this role is for you.

•      Represent Buffalo Pro Soccer at community events throughout the Buffalo region

•      Assist in the production of major club events and activations

•      Educate the public about Buffalo Pro Soccer, USL, and the future of professional soccer in the U.S.

•      Engage directly with fans, families, and community members in a positive and energetic manner

•      Distribute branded materials and promotional products on behalf of the club

•      Run interactive fan engagement activities including games and giveaways

•      Collect fan feedback and capture leads through newsletter sign-ups and social media engagement

•      Drive awareness of and interest in Buffalo Pro Soccer across diverse audiences

•      Capture photo and video content at events for use on club social media channels

•      Complete weekly prep and administrative tasks as directed by the Marketing Coordinator

Who We’re Looking For

•      College-age candidates strongly encouraged to apply

•      Outgoing, energetic, and personable — you are comfortable approaching and engaging strangers in public settings

•      Collaborative and team-oriented with a positive attitude

•      Quick-thinking and adaptable in dynamic, fast-paced event environments

•      Reliable and accountable

•      Community-minded with a genuine interest in Buffalo

•      Interest in events, marketing, sports, or community engagement

•      Comfortable on camera and in front of crowds

•      Availability on weekends and select weekday evenings throughout the summer

•      A passion for soccer or professional sports is a plus, but not required

Physical Demands 

This is an active role. The position requires the ability to lift tables and tents, walk carrying items for activities, and stand for extended periods of time.
