Brooklyn Football Club (Brooklyn FC) is defining the future of soccer in America. In 2024, Brooklyn played its inaugural season of the USL Super League team and in 2026 we launched a USL Championship team. Position Summary
The Part-Time Game Day Operations Staff member plays a key role in delivering an exceptional match day experience for Brooklyn FC fans. Reporting to the Game Day Operations Manager, this event based position supports the setup, execution, and breakdown of all home matches and select club events at Maimonides Park. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in professional sports while working in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with all aspects of game day operations before, during, and after Brooklyn FC home matches.
  • Support stadium conversion, venue setup, signage installation, and post match breakdown.
  • Prepare operational areas to ensure the stadium is game ready before gates open.
  • Maintain and organize game day equipment, supplies, and storage areas.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues as they arise and adapt quickly to changing event needs.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned by the Game Day Operations Manager.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sports, event operations, venue management, or customer service is preferred.
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work scheduled game days and club events.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Must have regular access to email for scheduling and team communications.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout events.
  • Regularly required to bend, kneel, crouch, stoop, and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
