Overview of Brooklyn Football Club Brooklyn FC is defining the future of soccer in America. Position Title: Game Day Operations Staff
Position Type: Part-Time
Pay Rate - $21/Hour
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the full scope of game day operations including, but not limited to: Maimonides Park stadium conversion and signage installation, coordination of fan facing activations such as, set up and support of fan experience packages, game presentation, etc.
- Reporting to the Gameday Operations Manager, to help ensure that fans at Brooklyn FC games are afforded the best live sporting event experience possible, striving to achieve operational excellence.
- Assist with the execution of additional (non-game day) events before, during and after the United Soccer League season, including set-up, breakdown, and coordinating operations during the event as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience working in sport or event management roles.
- Proactive with the ability to complete assigned tasks independently and in high pressure situations.
- Any combination of work experience or training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Sport & entertainment venue experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Capability & Other Characteristics
- Must be physically able to be on their feet for extended periods of time.
- Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
- May be required to work in inclement weather.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
