Overview of Brooklyn Football Club Brooklyn FC is defining the future of soccer in America. In 2024, Brooklyn played in its inaugural season of the USL Super League team and in 2026 will launch a USL Championship team. Position Title: Game Day Operations Staff
Position Type: Part-Time
Pay Rate - $21/Hour

Key Responsibilities 
  • Assist with the full scope of game day operations including, but not limited to: Maimonides Park stadium conversion and signage installation, coordination of fan facing activations such as, set up and support of fan experience packages, game presentation, etc. 
  • Reporting to the Gameday Operations Manager, to help ensure that fans at Brooklyn FC games are afforded the best live sporting event experience possible, striving to achieve operational excellence. 
  • Assist with the execution of additional (non-game day) events before, during and after the United Soccer League season, including set-up, breakdown, and coordinating operations during the event as needed. 

Qualifications 
  • Experience working in sport or event management roles. 
  • Proactive with the ability to complete assigned tasks independently and in high pressure situations. 
  • Any combination of work experience or training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Sport & entertainment venue experience is a plus. 
  • Ability to work in flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Capability & Other Characteristics 
  • Must be physically able to be on their feet for extended periods of time. 
  • Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds. 
  • May be required to work in inclement weather. 
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
