Athletic Club Boise is seeking dependable, energetic, and hardworking individuals to join our Event Day Setup & Conversion Crew. This position is responsible for assisting with pre-event venue setup and stadium conversion to ensure a professional and seamless matchday, event day and concert experience for fans, staff, partners, and players.
This is a part-time, event-based role working primarily 4–6 hour shifts on matchdays, with occasional opportunities for additional hours on non-event operational or special project days.
Responsibilities
- Assist with stadium and venue setup before matches and events
- Set up tables, tents, barricades, signage, and fan activation areas
- Prepare concourse, hospitality, and operational spaces
- Support field-level and matchday presentation setup
- Assist with venue conversions and operational preparations
- Move and organize equipment and supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work closely with the Director of Stadium Operations to execute event preparation efficiently
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs preferred)
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Previous event, sports, or operations experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule
- Event days, primarily evenings and weekends
- Typical shifts range from 4–6 hours
- Additional optional hours may be available for special events and operational projects
