Virginia Beach United Soccer is seeking a dedicated and motivated Coaching Assistant for both the men’s and women’s teams. This role provides hands-on experience in coaching, player development, and game preparation. The ideal candidate is passionate about soccer, has strong leadership skills, and is eager to contribute to a competitive team environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist the head coach in planning and executing training sessions.
- Support player development by providing feedback and technical guidance.
- Help organize and set up drills, exercises, and game-day warm-ups.
- Analyze team and individual performances and on-field observation.
- Assist in scouting opponents and preparing game strategies.
- Ensure practice and game-day equipment is set up and maintained.
- Motivate and mentor players, fostering a positive team culture.
- Maintain compliance with league and team policies.
