About Sporting Club Jacksonville

Sporting Club Jacksonville is a growing professional soccer organization competing in the USL across men’s and women’s professional leagues in USL Championship and USL Super League, alongside a USL Academy. As we scale our commercial operations, data-driven ticket sales, marketing, and partnership strategies are central to our growth.

We are seeking a hands-on CRM & Business Intelligence Specialist to own, evolve, and sustain our CRM, data, and analytics environment long-term. This is a high-impact role for someone who can take full ownership of systems built internally or by external partners and ensure continuity, stability, and ongoing optimization.

Role Overview

The CRM & Business Intelligence Specialist will serve as the organization’s primary point person for CRM administration, database development, ticketing integrations, sales and marketing campaign execution, and sales analytics. This role sits at the intersection of HubSpot, SeatGeek, and revenue operations, supporting ticket sales, marketing, and partnership sales across multiple teams.

This position requires a self-starter who is comfortable building systems, improving processes over time, and operating in a fast-paced, non-traditional sports environment.
Key Responsibilities

CRM Ownership & Strategy (HubSpot Focus)

• Serve as the day-to-day owner and administrator of the club’s CRM (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce experience accepted)
• Build and maintain a clean, accurate, and scalable CRM database fit for ticket sales, marketing, and partnership sales
• Design and manage pipelines, workflows, automation, properties, and reporting
• Establish CRM best practices, governance, documentation, and data standards
• Train and support sales and marketing staff to ensure consistent and effective CRM usage
• Own post-vendor handoff of CRM architecture, workflows, automations, and documentation to ensure long-term continuity

Ticketing Systems Integration (SeatGeek Focus)

• Act as the club’s internal expert on ticketing platforms, with a strong preference for SeatGeek
• Experience owning and managing CRM integrations with SeatGeek (preferred) and other ticketing platforms such as Ticketmaster, Tickets.com, Paciolan, WolfCycle, FEVO, or Project Admission
• Ensure accurate and timely data flow between ticketing systems and CRM
• Support ticket sales initiatives including campaigns, renewals, retention, and reporting
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of fan and buyer data
• Manage ongoing data ingestion processes, including manual or automated data loads and validation

Sales, Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Build, execute, and QA sales and marketing campaigns within HubSpot, including email, list segmentation, suppression logic, and audience validation
• Ensure campaigns are properly scrubbed so communications reach the correct audience and exclude ineligible or duplicate contacts
• Coordinate closely with ticket sales, partnerships, and marketing to align campaigns with on-sale dates, renewals, promotions and key moments
• Monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis

Business Intelligence & Sales Analytics

• Develop dashboards and reports to track ticket sales, marketing performance, and partnership performance
• Provide insights into pipeline health, revenue trends, buyer behavior, and conversion rates
• Support forecasting, goal tracking, and campaign analysis
• Deliver actionable insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making
• Maintain historical reporting continuity and data definitions across seasons
• Experience using Sponsor CX preferred but not essential

Infrastructure, Data & Continuity

• Own documentation, maintenance, and continuity of CRM, data integrations, and reporting infrastructure following vendor implementations
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors as needed to support data hosting, backups, and system reliability
• Proactively identify risks related to data quality, system dependencies, or vendor transitions and recommend solutions

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with ticket sales, partnerships, marketing, and senior leadership
• Provide excellent internal customer service and data support to colleagues
• Support matchday and event-related operations as required

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience using a CRM system in a professional or collegiate sports environment
• Strong CRM experience with HubSpot or Salesforce (HubSpot preferred)
• Experience working with ticketing systems such as SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, or Paciolan
• Background in business intelligence, reporting, and revenue analytics related to ticketing, marketing, and/or partnerships
• Demonstrated ability to build, inherit, and manage CRM and database systems from the ground up
• High attention to detail with a strong analytical mindset
• Comfortable owning systems after vendor handoff and operating with minimal external support

Preferred Qualifications

• Expert-level experience with SeatGeek or comparable ticketing system
• Advanced or certified experience with HubSpot or comparable system
• Experience supporting USL, professional soccer, or multi-team sports organizations
• Experience working in a growth-stage or startup-style organization
• Experience managing data pipelines, ETL processes, or working with data warehouses is a plus

The Ideal Candidate Is

• Highly organized, driven, and self-motivated
• A true self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
• Comfortable adapting to change in a growing organization
• Patient, precise, and analytical in approach
• Service-oriented with strong colleague and customer support skills
• Equipped with a “can-do” attitude and a willingness to take ownership

Work Environment & Schedule
