-          USL Dallas LLC is seeking hardworking, positive, and passionate individuals that are interested in gaining ticket operations experience within professional soccer on-site at the historic Cotton Bowl in Dallas, Texas. Applicants will be expected to demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in ticketing software and will be expected to accurately and efficiently process orders. This position is a part-time office/game day position that assists the Event Day Supervisor and Ticket Operations staff in one or more of the following areas: Ticket Sales/Customer Service, Will Call, Ticket Scanning, or other game day duties. The primary responsibility of the employee is to provide exceptional customer service and assist in the smooth operation of all match days. This position will be open until filled.

-          Key Responsibilities

o   Provide excellent customer service by assisting fans with ticket purchases and seating options

o   Process ticket sales and will-call distribution accurately using the club’s ticketing system

o   Resolve customer questions, concerns, and ticketing issues in a professional manner

o   Represent Atlético Dallas and Dallas Trinity FC with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a fan-first attitude 

o   Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds

-          Must be 18 years of age

-          High School diploma or a GED equivalent required

-          The ability to work a non-standard work week which may include nights, weekends, and holidays

-          The ability to work both Atlético Dallas and Dallas Trinity FC home matches at the Cotton Bowl

-          Ability to work with public in a friendly, professional manner

-          The capacity to engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds

-          Previous experience in cash handling and customer service is preferred
-          Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred 

-          $12.50 an hour

-          This is a part-time seasonal position with no associated benefits

Interviews may be conducted prior to the closing date, but no offer of employment will be extended until after the position closes. Comprehensive background screening is required for this position. Once an official offer is extended and accepted, the candidate will be required to complete the federal Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9. The candidate will also be required to present acceptable and original documents to prove identity and authorization to work in the United States. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. USL Dallas LLC is an at-will employer.
