From the streets of Oak Cliff to the lights of the Cotton Bowl, we’re building a club that belongs to Dallas and everyone who calls it home.  Atlético Dallas is the city’s newest professional soccer club, set to make its USL debut in 2027.  We are looking for a Creative Producer to help bring our brand to life through video, motion, and storytelling.

The Creative Producer will lead video production and execution across all marketing and brand initiatives. This includes capturing, editing, and delivering compelling content that reflects the identity of Atlético Dallas. You will work closely with the Creative Brand Lead and collaborate with the broader marketing and creative team to develop content that drives engagement, builds community, and elevates the club.

●      Lead all video production and editing across Atlético Dallas platforms
●      Capture and produce content for marketing campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling

●      Execute partnership and sponsored content videos with high production value
●      Shoot and produce gameday content, including atmosphere, fan experiences, and behind-the-scenes moments

●      Create and deliver jumbotron/videoboard assets for in-stadium use
●      Collaborate with the Creative Brand Lead to bring campaigns and creative concepts to life

●      Manage projects from pre-production through post-production, including planning, shooting, editing, and revisions

●      Develop motion graphics and animations to enhance video content
●      Maintain consistency with Atlético Dallas brand identity and visual standards
●      Support overall campaign execution across digital, social, and in-person activations

●      2–4+ years of experience in videography, video editing, or content production
●      Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or similar tools
●      Experience with motion graphics and animation
●      Ability to shoot high-quality video (camera, lighting, audio)
●      Strong storytelling instincts with an eye for pacing, music, and emotion
●      Experience in sports, lifestyle, or brand marketing is a plus
●      Working in an arena environment with varying temperatures
●      Lifting equipment that weighs up to 25 pounds
●      Irregular and extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
●      Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
●      Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:
●      Graphic design experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
●      Photography experience
●      Experience creating content for live events or sports environments

●      Compensation range: $45,000 – $55,000 annually (contracted)
●      This is a full-time 1099 independent contractor role

●      Expected workload: ~40 hours per week
●      No benefits, bonuses, or employee perks are included

●      Contractor is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and equipment unless otherwise agreed upon
